A routine eye exam is NOT the same as a contact lens exam. For contact lens wearers, a contact lens exam is necessary to ensure the lenses are fitting both eyes properly and that the health of the eyes is not harmed by the contact lenses.
Our providers do not accept any vision plans such as Eyemed, Davis Vision, VSP, etc. A contact lens evaluation is an elective, additional service provided by your eye care professional that is not included in your comprehensive exam. All fees for contact lens prescriptions are the patient’s responsibility. The fee for this evaluation is separate from the fee for the routine eye exam and is not refundable. Payment is due at the time of visit.
