Dr. Spitserev received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. She graduated from the New England College of Optometry and has practiced Optometry in Massachusetts since 2013. She enjoys both primary care and treating ocular disease. She completed clinical internships at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Dorchester House Multi-Service Center, Cotting School in Lexington, the Boston Medical Center pediatrics department, Boston University Eye Associates, Inc. in Brockton Low Vision services, and VA Lowell. She has worked in a variety of settings including owning her own practice, corporate, and private practice. She also worked as an optical technician and an optical assistant. Before starting optometry school she performed diabetic retinopathy research at Joslin Diabetes Center.
